ASEZ Green Concert for a Plastic-Free India
Green India Beyond Plastic!
A wave of change toward a plastic-free future has spread across India.
ASEZ, the Church of God University Student Volunteer Group, held a series of green concerts in India as part of its Zero Plastic 2040 project. Through music and cultural performances, ASEZ members from Korea and India raised awareness of the seriousness of plastic pollution and shared a message of action and solidarity for a sustainable future.
Beginning at Osmania University, the green concert continued at Kukatpally District Court, the Telangana State Secretariat, and Shilpakala Vedika in HITEC City. University students, educators, legal professionals, and leaders from the political and business sectors came together to support the shared goal of creating a plastic-free India.
At Kukatpally District Court, plastic recycling bins and reusable tumblers were donated, and approximately 300 members of the Bar Association pledged to take action for Zero Plastic 2040. The Telangana State Government and representatives from various sectors also expressed their strong support for ASEZ’s environmental initiatives and pledged their cooperation.
What began as a small action on campus has expanded into courts, government institutions, and industrial and cultural centers, growing into a meaningful movement that is driving real change.
When small actions come together, they create a powerful voice that awakens the world.
Join ASEZ in creating a plastic-free tomorrow.
